1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by JLPTDrills (“we,” “us,” “our”), including the website jlptdrills.com and related subscription offerings (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration
Users who register for an account must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscription services are billed in accordance with the plan selected at registration. Payments are processed through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You agree to provide current and complete payment information. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Engage in unlawful or abusive activity
- Attempt to manipulate quiz results or circumvent limitations
- Transmit harmful software or spam
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software on JLPTDrills is owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. JLPTDrills is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your subscription and access to content may end immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JLPTDrills operates. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
